How do I get my kid into the School Program?
The Macht Village School Program contracts with school districts in the surrounding area. We are happy to set up a phone call to discuss your child and the services we could potentially provide. However, your child’s home school and district is a necessary part of placement at Macht Village and we work as a team to develop a plan that best suits the needs of your child.
How do I get my kid into Activity Therapy?
Activity Therapy clients are funded through CLTS, CCS, Juvenile Justice etc. Please contact case worker to see if funding is available. (We do not accept private insurance or private funding.) Please reach out if you would like to take a tour of our facility or if you have any additional questions.
What are your hours?
Our School Program runs from 9:00-3:00, Monday through Friday. Our School Program also follows the schedule of each of our students’ home schools. This same rule applies to early releases, inclement weather delays and snow days.
Our Activity Therapy Program typically goes from 3:00-7:00, but hours may vary depending on school schedules. During the summer months, Activity Therapy runs from 10:00-4:00. Activity Therapy also runs Monday-Friday.
Do you provide transportation?
We do on a case-by-case basis. There are several variables that determine if we have the ability to provide transportation. This is something that can be discussed as part of the intake process.
